The people of Aborlan represented by Mayor Ortega were glad that they were able to receive this kind of facility from the DA."Labis kaming nagpapasalamat sa mga natanggap naming mula kay Direktor Santiago. Dahil dito, hindi na naming kailangang pumunta pa ng Puerto Princesa para lang magpa x-ray ng mga mangga namin." Mayor Ortega said.
The MPW Detection Center together with the X-ray Machine is substantial to the farmers especially to the mango growers in the municipality and the mango farmers of Southern Palawan.
Through this, they can now detect the mangoes infested with MPW. Thus, they will be able to sell their products outside their vicinity.
