The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa, through its Disposal Committee, invites all interested bidders to participate in the public auction of Unserviceable Office Equipment and Information and Communication Technology Equipment (ICTE) subject for disposal.
Auction will be conducted through open ascending price auction, wherein the participants bid openly against one another, with each subsequent bid required to be higher than the previous bid. The highest bidder takes the subject item then considered sold/bought by the same. The minimum bid shall not be lower than the government floor price for each unit.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa and inspect the unserviceable items at the vicinity of Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) Building at the address given below during office hour (8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.).
The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa will hold the Public Auction on May 31, 2017 (9:00 a.m.) at Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) Compound, ATI Bldg., Diliman, Quezon City which shall be open only to all interested parties.
The Department of Agriculture Region IV-MiMaRoPa reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the auction process, and to reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
