Inspection for the said unserviceable property is open starting 02 December 2025 up to 12 December 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and shall be coordinated to the personnel of Agricultural Program Coordinating Office (APCO) located at Brgy. Santol, Boac, Marinduque. The bid form may be secured of the said office. Public Auction will be held on 15 December 2025, sealed envelopes will be received at Agricultural Program Coordinating Office (APCO), Brgy. Santol, Boac, Marinduque not later than 8:30 a.m. and the bid opening shall immediately follow at 10:00 a.m.
Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the auction process, to waive any formality therein and to award bidder whose proposal as evaluated by the Disposal and Appraisal Committee is considered the most advantageous to the government.
