Inspection for the above property is open starting 10 August 2026 up to 26 August 2026 during Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and shall be coordinated to the Property and Supply Unit personnel of Palawan Research Experiment Station (PRES) with mobile no. +63 917 775 1507 and +63 977 041 5661 for the ocular inspection of properties for disposal.
The auction tender bid form may be acquired by interested bidders from the Department of Agriculture MIMAROPA Region Palawan Property and Supply Unit personnel located at 2nd Floor Research and Development Administration and Product Development Office of Palawan Research Experiment Station (PRES) Barangay Sta. Monica Puerto Princesa City, Palawan and upon payment of corresponding auction bond fee equivalent to ten (10) percent (%) of floor price stated above in the amount of fifteen thousand eighty eight pesos (Php 15,088.00) in a form of cash to the Disposal and Appraisal Committee Secretariat not later than the submission of bidder’s bids.
Public Auction will be held on 27 August 2026, bids in sealed envelopes must be duly received by the Disposal and Appraisal Committee Secretariat through manual submission not later than 1:00 p.m. of 27 August 2026 and bid opening shall immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. at Conference Room 2nd Floor Research and Development Administration and Product Development Office PRES Barangay Sta. Monica Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Auction tender bid form that is not in the prescribed form and/or not accompanied by auction bond at the time of the opening of bids is considered defective bid. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bidders or their duly authorized representatives may witness the proceedings of the opening of bids physically or through video conferencing or similar platform if applicable. Auction bonds of non-winning bidders shall be returned after the announcement of the winning bidder.
The Department of Agriculture MIMAROPA Region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the auction process, to waive any formality therein and to award to the bidder whose proposal as evaluated by the Disposal and Appraisal Committee is considered the most advantageous to the government.
