It has come to our attention that some persons are allegedly soliciting from the winning bidders/suppliers using deceptive representation. Be Informed and guided that solicitation in any form is not allowed/tolerated in any government offices, much more in the Department of Agriculture.
Henceforth, a notice or announcement must be included in the Invitation to Bid, forewarning all prospective bidders not to be a victim in any form of solicitation by any person engaged in this kind of unscrupulous activity.

DA DOES NOT CONDONE ANY FORM OF SOLICIATION ON ANY PROSPECTIVE WINNING AND LOSING BIDDERS BY ANY OF OUR STAFF/EMPLOYEES OR ANY OTHER PARTY. ANY SORT OF THIS KIND SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OR THE NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (NBI) FOR ENTRAPMENT AND PROPER INVESTIGATION.
