The Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region (DA IVB) through the Disposal Committee hereby invites all interested entities to participate in the Auction of Scrap Materials of the Agricultural Programs Coordinating Office (APCO) at Marinduque on “As-Is Where-Is” basis at the floor price per lot:

Inspection for the said waste materials is open starting 05 February 2018 up to 09 February 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and shall be coordinated to the Personnel of Agricultural Programs Coordinating Office (APCO), Marinduque. The bid form may be secured of the said office. Public Auction will be held on 12 February 2018, sealed envelopes will be received at the APCO building, Capitol Compound, Boac, Marinduque not later than 1:30 p.m. and the bid opening shall immediately follow at 2:00 p.m.
Department of Agriculture MiMaRoPa Region reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the auction process, to waive any formality therein and to award the bidder whose proposal as evaluated by the Appraisal and Disposal Committee is considered the most advantageous to the government.
